Boss Lady is the brainchild of Sophie Wolff, who has spent countless hours over many years helping the most demanding boss lady ever – her mother, a c-suite executive. Sophie honed her personal executive assistant skills performing day-to-day tasks, as well as more complex projects, as a trusted delegate to do all the things her mother didn't have time for.

Sophie has a deep understanding of the demands a busy boss lady faces every day – managing tremendous work pressure while juggling home and family obligations. She knows what it means to be back-to-back every minute of every day, and not having a moment to breathe, let alone take care of the countless personal things that arise. 

 

Sophie founded Boss Lady Personal Assistance to take those burdens off the boss lady who can then focus on important work and life demands or to gain precious minutes to spend on their personal well-being. The Boss Lady team is driven and passionate about providing the most precious commodity to any busy boss lady – time.
